Please note that as of April 1, 2010 we are no longer accepting Standard style lowering devices for repair. The Standard style lowering device has been phased out and is no longer being produced.

Make your lowering device look and perform like the day you bought it for a fraction of the cost of a new machine.

If your Standard, Imperial or Master style lowering device is in need of repair, let Frigid Fluid Co. do the work. Repairs are done by the same expert workers that make new devices, ensuring your repaired lowering device will work like new. We can also refinish your lowering device so that it looks as good as it works.
Refinishing service labor fees
$150.00 for head end or tail end
stainless steel refinish
$350.00 for full device
stainless steel refinish

Important Information

  • DO NOT SEND US A DEVICE WITHOUT HAVING FIRST FAXED A QUOTE REQUEST
  • Please complete a Repair Quote Request Form and fax it to 708-836-1247 prior to shipping your device to our facility.
  • Do not send in loose accessory parts (placer arms, straps etc.) unless those parts require repair work. If you send them in we will assume repairs are necessary and you will be charged labor fees for the time it takes to estimate the required repairs. Accessories that are attached to the device (end stop & end roller) can be left attached. Please note whether those parts require repair.
  • Do not send in side rails unless the rails require repair / refinish work. If you send them in we will assume repairs are necessary and you will be charged for extra labor.
  • You can be assured a high-quality repair job backed by a full 1-year warranty.

Certified Repair Facilities

Servicing Frigid Fluid brand casket lowering devices demands an acute knowledge of the various parts and mechanisms and how they interoperate. If you do not want to send your device back to Frigid Fluid Co. for service we strongly recommend using only certified repair facilities.
